CED-LOGIC Czech Republic –  17th May 2022

Logistics in the Czech Republic is now entering changes in development, but still seeing growth in stock with a potential of reaching 11 million square metre milestone.  The gap of supply and demand widened in 2021, this year looks no different, while speculative development is back on the cards to be snapped up by tenants. CED-Logic will address new investments, zoning issues and the potential of brownfield.

Two CED-Logic morning conferences in Prague and Warsaw, will be held during May 2022 and September 2022, with a focus on each countries local logistics market, with a broad cross-section of influential local and international experts, as well as key figures from corporate end users, property developers, investors and city officials. Each panel discussion will focus on the healthy growth of the sector and how best to overcome the current barriers.
